Partner – Shria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Auckland in New Zealand and has ten years of experience in Recruitment, Marketing, and Consulting. She has worked in various contries like New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, and Philippines. She spent four years with Korn Ferry, where she worked on recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed end-to-end recruitment processes. She also worked with LinkedIn as a Senior Customer Success Consultant, helping clients across Asia to ensure their success in achieving their talent acquisition goals through LinkedIn’s solutions.
Patrick Florencio
Partner – Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Canada and has been voted as one of LinkedIn’s Top Social Recruiters in South East Asia in 2016. He has over ten years of experience in Recruitment, such as online recruiting and HR recruiting process. He has experience in Marketing and has worked in Canada, Singapore, and Philippines. Patrick spent four years as a Recruitment Consultant with Korn Ferry where he focused on senior-level executive recruitment and consulting on talent management and development strategies. He also held a role in Philips, managing talent acquisition for South East Asia Lighting.
